• Gather feedback from the market and analyze consumer behavior to define our company's positioning
• Craft our differentiation strategy
• Create guidelines that define the brand voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)

• Responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the target markets across mediums of ATL (including Digital) & BTL. Acts as the brand guardian
for a portfolio of products and maintains brand integrity through effective initiatives and communications.
• Leads the development of the brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability.
• Responsible for initial planning phase to establish a tone and style for content, to develop a consistent and engaging communication strategy
across channels
• Develop pricing and distribution strategies
• To drive, monitor and execute the Digital KPI's while working closely with the Digital Marketing team
• Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses vis a vis competitor
• Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets desired Candidate Profile
• Experience in FMCG sector ., healthcare products, pharmaceutical segment
• MBA's preferred with 3+ yrs of experience in Marketing/sales, strategy, with people management experience
• Strong analytical skills preferred with creative mind
