Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementation of the annual calendar of marketing activities in line with business strategy.
- Write briefs (creative and media), devise brand communications and thereby align with key stakeholders and agencies (creative, media - ATL / BTL) for planning and execution of brand plan.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Manage various ATL/BTL initiatives to establish brand communication.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns and manage vendor relationships.
- Work closely with cross functional teams in a solution-oriented setup.
- Strategizing, conceptualizing planning and executing social media strategies across all social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, - - - Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, brand visibility, engagement and virality.
- Planning and implementation of brand communications strategies, content creation and conceptualization of key messages.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Work Experience – 5-6 years
- Creative with the ability to think out of the box.
- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving proven ability to develop marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excels at execution and is also keen to strategize.
- Aware of latest trends and best marketing practices.
- Excellent Microsoft word, Power point, Excel skills
- Should be a team player, proactive, accountable and quick learner.
