About the Company

Hallmark Career Solutions is hiring for Anvil Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading renewable energy company providing sustainable solar solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve the performance of the Anvil mother brand and Anvil Urja B2C business.

Plan and execute annual and interim brand projects.

Lead marketing, customer engagement, and alternate channel opportunities.

Work with the CRM team and agencies to analyze consumer insights.

Develop a 360-degree marketing strategy focused on brand building and performance marketing.

Oversee internal marketing efforts and strengthen brand positioning.

Lead store design projects from ideation to execution.

Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases.

Improve internal processes based on industry best practices.

Ensure smooth approval processes and timely marketing collateral delivery.

Key Deliverables

Achievement of brand and marketing KPIs.

Timely execution of projects.

Brand health and market performance tracking.

Key Interactions

Internal: Sales, Planning, Legal, Finance.

External: Channel partners, Creative/Media agencies.

Your Profile

Education: Postgraduate Degree in General or Marketing Management.

Skills: Marketing strategy, brand positioning, consumer engagement.

Preferred: Basic Photoshop design and editing skills.
