Job Title: Brand Manager
Position Overview:
As a Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and analysing all marketing programs, both offline and digital, including social media. Your primary focus will be ensuring the on-time execution of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing budgeting & forecasting efforts. You will also be responsible for maintaining consistent brand messaging across various showrooms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and organizing internal office events.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Experience, your contributions will directly influence the growth and perception of the brand, ensuring it resonates effectively with both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives, including offline channels (print, hoardings, etc.) and digital campaigns (social media, online advertising on platforms such as Meta, Google, etc.).
Ensure timely execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Manage the Monthly brand budget and ensure accurate forecasting.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including hoardings, brand activations, showrooms, digital platforms, internal communications, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Merchandising, Design, CRM, and external Agencies (Creative & Media), to execute aligned marketing strategies.
Organize and execute internal office events to foster team engagement and brand awareness.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, contributing to brand development and marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor��s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
