Qualification - Diploma or BE/B tech/Electronic Engineer.

Preferred candidate from Mumbai based location.

Job location �� Churchgate-Nariman Point & Visit to client office

Experience �� 2-3 yrs.

Skills required

�� Team handling management, Planning and project allocation to team members.

�� Team meeting and task completion analysis. Weekly reporting of project improvement.

�� Technical background in electronics or instrumentation with affiliation to electronics.

�� Work experience in the field of machinery is preferred.

�� Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.

�� Ability to work productively, with multi tasking in minimal supervision & in pressurized environment.

�� Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

�� With Strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.

�� Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

�� Handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.

�� Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment.

�� Proficient level of computer skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

�� Team member task allocation, facilitation, projection & completion of task responsibilities.

�� Deep knowledge of electromechanical things.

�� Assess hardware and software malfunctions. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.
