Skills required

Team handling management, Planning and project allocation to team members.

Team meeting and task completion analysis. Weekly reporting of project improvement.

Technical background in electronics or instrumentation with affiliation to electronics.

Work experience in the field of machinery is preferred.

Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.

Ability to work productively, with multi tasking in minimal supervision & in pressurized environment.

Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

With Strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment.

Proficient level of computer skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Team member task allocation, facilitation, projection & completion of task responsibilities.

Deep knowledge of electromechanical things.

Assess hardware and software malfunctions. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.
