Brief Profile: Be the de-facto head of the business unit, leading efforts on revenue maximisation, new product growth, SKU placement enhancement, supply chain management, unit administrative operations and people management. The role will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Team profile: The role will manage the sales, supply chain, administration, operations and systems teams. Over the year, the role will ultimately be responsible for recruiting resources, managing performance and managing talent at the business unit level. The Branch Unit Head will also be responsible for coordinating with the central team based out of HO in smoothening out business processes, identifying gaps and owning processes at the unit level.

Operational Roles and Responsibilities:
Maximise revenue through growth officer actions
Coach, guide, and mentor growth officers and sales associates to maximise their performance
Use data to identify gaps in the system and revenue actualisation.
Analyse counter-level opportunities, lost sales and potential sales to improve the sales at unit level.
Optimise order collection and supply routes effectively to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
Attendance
Ensure things are in order through the administration/operations team
Share daily, weekly monthly reports and action plans to zonal business head and sales head on a periodic manner
