Job Description :
We are currently hiring a talented and results-driven Branch Sales Manager on behalf of our esteemed client. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue through the sale of Current Accounts and Third-Party Products, including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, and Demat Accounts. Leveraging our client's sales channels, your focus will be on achieving the business objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity metrics.
Responsibilities :
- Generate revenue by promoting the sale of Current Accounts and Third-Party Products through the Sales Channel of our client
- Drive the achievement of business objectives for the Retail Liabilities Sales Team at the branch of our client
- Manage a large sales channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales Executives of our client
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales teams for our client
- Provide mentoring and guidance to sales team members of our client
- Maintain a deep understanding of the banking industry and market trends in collaboration with our client
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders of our client to ensure effective product knowledge and sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement necessary improvements for our client
Requirements :
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- MBA or Graduate degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Current Account sales and team management
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a large sales team
- Customer-centric approach and exceptional interpersonal skills
