Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Overseeing the performance and activities of the 8 Business Development Executives.
Providing training, guidance, and motivation to ensure team goals are met.
Conducting regular team meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and performance.
Sales and Business Development:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for various loan products.
Managing and expanding customer relationships.
Loan Processing and Management:
Supervising the processing of group loans, personal loans, home repairing loans, and business loans.
Ensuring compliance with the companys policies and procedures during loan approval and disbursement.
Monitoring loan repayment schedules and following up with customers on overdue payments.
Customer Service Point (CSP) Management:
Ensuring that the CSPs under the branch operate efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers.
Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing regular reports on sales performance, loan disbursement, and repayment.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensuring that all branch activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to loan disbursement and repayment.
Community Engagement:
Building and maintaining relationships with local communities and organizations to promote RDFs services.
Organizing events and activities to raise awareness about RDFs loan products and services.
