Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the branch's microfinance product sales targets.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Set sales targets for the branch and individual sales team members.

Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance metrics.

Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.

Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch.

Implement and maintain effective operational processes and procedures.

Oversee the administration of microfinance products and services.

Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal

policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with lending and financial transactions.

Develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate microfinance solutions.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Develop initiatives to increase the branchs profitability.

Drive the growth of the branch by expanding the client base and increasing loan disbursements.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and financial status.

Present performance reports to senior management and provide insights for decision-making.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

Use data analysis to refine sales strategies and improve branch performance.

Engage with local communities to promote the microfinance products and services.

Provide feedback to the corporate office on customer needs and preferences.

Suggest improvements and new product ideas based on market feedback.
