• Managing Branch with Sales Managers & Senior Sales Executive team
• Manage Performance & Profitability of the branch assigned as per budget.
• Follow the guidelines, Execute and Monitor Sales process
• Control & Monitor team to meet desired objective.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Ensure up-keeping of the branch with proper and timely general maintenance done.
• Ensure all the statutory licenses are updated and properly maintained for the branch as per the standard annexure. Also ensure the necessary display of the licenses at branch.
• Review reporting and provide consistent feedback to all employees on performance against sales target
• Effectively communicate branch goals to employees, and monitor goal attainment
• Promote environment of ongoing customer feedback and continuous improvement
• Guiding the activities of Assistant Branch Manager
• Ensure teams address customer issues and concerns promptly
• Meeting business expectations
• Handling complete Branch Sales & Revenue generation.
