Please find below Job Description & Requirements in candidate for the position of Branch Manager(AGENCY CHANNEL) with ICICI Lombard Health Insurance for Chennai location.

Requirements:

1. Must have 2-3 yes of TEAM HANDLING exp.

2. All totally must have 5-6yrs of exp.

3. Must have Insurance Sales exp.

4. Must have Previous / Current agency exp.

JD is as follows:

1) Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers.

2) Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.

3) Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.

4) To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.

5) Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
