Job Role:

1. Acquisition of new customers from market and nurture relationships with them for investment needs.

2. Track customer complaints and resolve escalated grievances on a day-to-day basis.

3. Conducting 3-4 client meetings daily for revenue generation.

4. Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients.

5. Increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.
