Job Description

Job Title: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)

Location: JSR Management Group

Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end business acquisition processes.

Maintain and develop strong customer relationships.

Engage in sales and business development activities.

Have a deep understanding of the company's product offerings.

Cross-sell various products and services.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.

Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Manage and analyze data to drive business decisions.

Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any field.

For Freshers: Age limit of 28 years.

For Experienced candidates: Age limit of 35 years, with relevant experience.

Compensation:

Freshers: CTC of 2 LPA.

Experienced: CTC up to 3 LPA (including incentives).
