Job Summary:
The Branch Operational Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining operational standards, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee the branch's daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency metrics.
Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain a positive customer experience.
Handle escalations and support staff in managing customer expectations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits and checks to mitigate operational risks.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, reports, and other operational data.
Inventory & Resource Management:
Manage branch resources, including office supplies, equipment, and operational tools.
Oversee stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
Assist in supervising and training branch staff to maintain efficiency.
Support the Branch Manager in performance evaluations and staff development.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to branch performance, financials, and compliance.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
