KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description Responsible for achieving the sales Targets Acquire and Manage the Relationship with the Institutions Ensure the Team of Relationship managers are motivated and deliver on the target Work with internal support teams to ensure seamless servicing for partners Keep a keen eye on the market and provide constant inputs for better sourcing of business Keep track of competition activity.

SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES: Minimum Qualifications: • Degree/MBA Minimum Experience: ▪ Should have about 5-7 years of experience. Should have worked in similar roles or possess management degree. Skills Required: ▪ Assertive, Go getter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. ▪ Should be a good team player and people manager ▪ Should be confident and self-motivated. ▪ Ability to Analyze numbers and take necessary action to improve shortfalls ▪ Ability to multi-task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently. ▪ Excellent communication skills
