Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious branch manager to oversee all functions of our location from managing customer relations to implementing business strategies. Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape. Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
Dealing and execution of trades in Equities, Derivatives, Bonds and Currencies
Managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
Maintaining continuous contact with the people involved in the decision making regarding investments
Acquiring Clients Internally for increasing revenues to the company
Strengthening and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth clients by offering prioritized servicing and increasing volumes across equity and derivative segments.
Error-free and smart trade execution, resolving queries and providing solutions in a timely manner, managing risk, maintaining margins and balances as per daily carry forward positions.
Recommending and discussing trading ideas with clients which include arranging analyst meets with clients, sharing news and important developments in particular script
