We have urgent requirement for Branch Manager in ISBM Pune.

Experience - 6 Years minimum in Higher Education Sales with Team/branch handling

1. To play a critical role in sales forecasting and generating the leads through different mediums.

2. To prepare sales plan, monthly and quarterly.

3. Handling the Branch and Branch members - Sales (80%), operations (20%).

4. Must have strong leadership qualities and self motivated.

5. To identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; establishing long term relationship with customer .

6. Achieve Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Target.

7. Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.

8. Updates to managers by consolidating, analysing and forwarding daily action summaries.
