Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees handle their client’s activities in an accurate way.

• Provide guidance, counselling and consultation to employees in order to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Conducting regular sales and operations meetings.

• Provide accurate and Consistent information to the Client.

• Clarify program requirements, policies, and procedures.

• Assist the Students/Clients in identifying an appropriate program.

• Maintaining updates reports on application progress.
