Handle a team of Relationship Managers.
Recruiting the team of Relationship Managers and building the team
Responsible for the productivity of Relationship managers, handhold the relationship managers in the early stages
Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team
Execution of sales strategy with FOS.
Responsible for recruitment and management of leads.
Train and motivate team to provide a better understanding of market / products.
Monitor and review team’s performance. Help them achieve maximum business
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group /Micro Finance Institution /NGO’s etc.
Key Accountability (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) :-
Relationship Management
o Manage the relationship with the team, customers(internal & external)
o Support day to day operation of the sales
o Managing sales and sales related activity in the channel.
Channel Support and Sales Process Management
o Manage sourcing, processing and issuance, post issuance customer issues (if any)
o Manage financials of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation
Training and Product Support
o Facilitate and anchor ongoing training and skills development for channels and employees including new hires at channels
o Ensure delivery of all mandatory trainings
o Administrative and Control functions
o Ensure adherence to all company policies and processes.
o Ensure that team is engaged around business objectives & results.
o Develop & implement initiatives to motivate & retain high performing talent.
Adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
o Ensure adherence of code of conduct set by IRDA and Life Insurance Council.
o Ensure conformation to all financial and administrative systems.
