Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Improving sales and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.

Developing and implementing sales plans.

Briefing Echo team on current sales goals, promotions and other relevant information.

Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch.

Addressing student’s issues and taking corrective and subsequent preventive actions wherever necessary.

Management budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives.

Conducting business development activities based on the business trend.

Accountability for inventory and stock.

Effective utility and resource management.
