Manage daily operationsOversee multiple personnelHelp with onboarding and trainingResponsible for designing and launching new products and streamlining existing processes to increase new customer acquisitionDesign and launch contests and schemes for employees and Channel PartnersDesign promotional campaigns and other tactical strategies to enhance the top line in a short span of timeMonitor pricing, revenue generation, product management, new product development, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion, and long term business planningDesign and execute national level promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase brand awarenessDrive cross-sell through the sales team and manage relationships with partners for specific business requirementsMeasure channel-wise employee wise target achievementsCalculate and process incentives for the team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) OrganizedStrong leadership skills
