Purpose of the Job:
To plan and achieve business targets in the area productivity, new premium, persistency, agent activisation etc.
Take responsibility for scanning the market for emerging opportunities.
To devise and implement sales strategy To promote productivity of the field force. To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force.
Key Deliverables:
1. To be a key planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.
2. Building Distribution Network : Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors & FLS.
3. Productivity & Activisation To Manage productivity and activization of the Advisors within the team.. To promote productivity of the field force. Establish good working habits for the force, undertake productivity improvement drives, organize specialized training programs.
4. Business Dependencies To ensure equitable distribution of new business between all branches so that there were no dependencies on any branch.
5. Recruitment of FLS to ensure growth and productivity.
6. To evaluate performance & monitor activities for deeper market penetration and improved market share
7. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & Branch targets.
8. Take responsibility for scanning the market for emerging opportunities, the presence of competition etc and plans for the progress.
