Has to Manage Team of 8 to 10 Sales Manager.

Responsible to train Sales Manager.

Understand his/her team and able to solve their problems.

Motivate team to achieve monthly targets.

Sales Manager will be recruiting agents and agents will generate business from markets.

Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement.
