Ideal Candidate should have 5-6 Yrs NBFC/Banking/Financial Experience of which 1-2 Yrs should be @ Team Handling level. Candidates without Team Handling level can be considered for the post of Asst BM. Branch Manager would be Responsible for the overall growth & development of the Branch in the given location and would be accountable for making the Branch Profitable within the given timeframe.
