KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
�� Managing operations and overall functioning of the branch.
�� Responsible for meeting the branch business targets
�� Ensuring that the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements and guidelines such as ��Know Your Customer (KYC)��, ��Anti Money Laundering (AML)��, ��Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT)��,etc., at all times
�� Ensuring cost management and cost control at the branch to ensure profitability
�� Rendering Excellent Customer Service and ensure that their needs are understood and met through the various financial product offerings of the bank.
�� Supervising key areas including new business development (retail and institutional), sales channel development, team development and revenue generation
�� Ensuring that all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by the Senior Management.
�� Ensuring that the entire staff is adequately trained on the products of the bank and sales Processes and engaged at all times.
�� Responsible for dealing with internal/ external auditors and inspections & compliance.
