Job Summary:
SIDCO (Small Industries Development Council) is seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and ensuring the branch achieves its operational and financial objectives. This role is crucial in helping SMEs grow through the services and support offered by SIDCO.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SIDCOs policies and guidelines.
Develop and implement strategies to support the growth and development of SMEs within the branchs territory.
Lead and mentor branch staff, ensuring high performance, team cohesion, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Age limit +30
Bachelor's degree Or any graduation
Minimum of 1 year of experience in branch management, preferably in a development organization or financial institution supporting SMEs.
Knowledge of SME development policies, government schemes, and industry regulations.
Proven track record in business development, financial management, and operations oversight.
