- Collaborates with other Branch and District Managers to Set Reasonable Sales And/or

retail Goals.

- Conducts Regular Staff Meetings to Ensure that Goals and Objectives are Clearly

communicated with Branch Staff; Provides Guidance and Leadership to Enable Staff To

meet These Goals and Objectives.

- Maintains and Develops Positive Relationships with Existing and Prospective Clients,

local Network of Hospitals, Garages, and Insurance Companies.

- Increase Branch Footfall and Presence Along with Demonstrating Excellent Customer

service and Setting An Example for other Staff.

- Participates in Community Activities to Promote the Organization and to Build

goodwill.

- Initiates Branch Engagement and Marketing Activities and Growth Campaigns.

- Performs other Related Duties as Assigned.

1. Direct Sales / Agency Sales Background.

2. Bm Should have Marketing Knowledge and have Plans to Execute the Same.

3. Should have Good Customer Interaction and Customer Service Skill.

4. Minimum 3 Years of Insurance Sales Experience.
