� Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking potential leads and opportunities.
� Monitor sales and revenue targets, devising strategies to achieve them.
� Actively participate in customer bidding processes.
�Conduct market visits as required to identify potential vendors and customers.
� Perform annual market cost analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
� Assess market demand and strategically place company vehicles at approved rates.
� Coordinate with management to arrange indents from vendors/customers, ensuring timely communication within the team.
� Provide detailed briefings on company SOPs to brokers/transporters prior to vehicle placement.
� Handle branch-related issues related to vehicle placement, manual document updating, POD collection, and vehicle availability reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
� Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
� Proven experience in operations management, problem-solving, or related roles.
� Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
