Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to pursue them effectively.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking potential leads and opportunities.

Monitor sales and revenue targets, devising strategies to achieve them.

Actively participate in customer bidding processes.

Conduct market visits as required to identify potential vendors and customers.

Perform annual market cost analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Assess market demand and strategically place company vehicles at approved rates.

Coordinate with management to arrange indents from vendors/customers, ensuring timely communication within the team.

Provide detailed briefings on company SOPs to brokers/transporters prior to vehicle placement.

Handle branch-related issues related to vehicle placement, manual document updating, POD collection, and vehicle availability reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Proven experience in operations management, problem-solving, or related roles.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
