Job Summary:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of our branch. You will lead a team,
manage operations, and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch staff, including sales, service, and administrative functions, to achieve
excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and meet or exceed
branch revenue targets.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
Service Management: Oversee the service operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines, ensuring high-
quality repairs and maintenance services.
Operations Management: Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth
day-to-day functioning.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the branch's budget, optimizing costs while meeting revenue targets.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, and financial results, and present findings to senior
management.
Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
12+ years of experience in branch management, with a strong background in consumer electronics and home appliances.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Knowledge of the LED TV, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, and Washing Machine industry.
