Manager to appoint new service centers and lead our service team and ensure the highest level of
customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and
profitability of our branch. You will lead a team, manage operations, and ensure that our products
and services meet the needs of our customers and partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch staff, including sales, service, and
administrative functions, to achieve excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth,
increase market share, and meet or exceed branch revenue targets.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers,
distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Service Management: Oversee the service operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners,
Refrigerators, and Washing Machines, ensuring high quality repairs and maintenance services.
Operations Management: Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory, logistics,
and customer support, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the branch's budget, optimizing costs while meeting
revenue targets.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, and
financial results, and present findings to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and
safety standards.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
