We are looking for a skilled Branch in charge to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing Operations and overall functioning of the branch.

Handling attendance and visitors book & establish to HO.

Handling day to day operations.

Maintaining the attendance, Petty cash & vendor bills.

Responsible to revert on client and internal queries through mail and calls.

Responsible for dealing with External and Internal Auditors.

Should have a track record of driving a branch towards higher profitability.

Responsible for Cash handling & deposition

Handling the team and support the team for admin part.

Follow escalation matrix.

Desired Skills

Any graduate

Good communication skills

Banking credit card collection process knowledge

2 to 7 Years experience in managing branch

Should have experience in team handling

Should possess leadership and good inter-personal skills

MS Office, MS Outlook, IT skills

Good analytical Skills
