Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring proper field visits and branch responsibilities.

• Ensuring target achievements of branch on monthly basis.

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

• Assessing branch staff quality and reducing attrition.

• Ensuring timely collection of returns and visit the defaulted JLGs for overdue collection.

• Assist and coordinate Branch Audit and adhering compliance.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate/MBA

• Experience- At least 3 years of experience in MFI/NBFC (Multiple loan product exposure) into team handling role.

• Age - 23-35 Years

• Open for Extensive traveling

• Should have own conveyance.
