Responsibilities:

Monitoring proper field visits and branch responsibilities.

Ensuring target achievements of branch on monthly basis.

Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

Assessing branch staff quality and reducing attrition.

Ensuring timely collection of returns and visit the defaulted JLGs for overdue collection.

Assist and coordinate Branch Audit and adhering compliance.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Experience- At least 3 years of experience in MFI/NBFC (Multiple loan product exposure) into team handling role.

Age - 23-35 Years

Open for Extensive traveling

Should have own conveyance.
