Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our Chennai operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the rental sector, preferably from companies like Sago, RAC, Sheeltron, or Madhu Infotech. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve profitability.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on branch performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the rental industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in the rental industry, with demonstrated success in branch management.

Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
