ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsible for P&L of branch

Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs of Mumbai Branch

Increase sales from existing, new customers for all product groups and brands.

Building strong relationships with key customer accounts and internal stakeholders

Drive, Handhold & Review Field/Tele Sales Team for sales effectiveness

Sales Visits and marketing/customer events plan and implement.

Branch Administration and Regulatory Compliance

Branch Stock Management, Timely Shipment, Invoicing and Payment Collections

Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members.
