Key Responsibilities

Lead and Supervise Staff: Oversee branch employees, providing guidance and support to ensure a motivated team.

Allocate Tasks: Assign responsibilities to team members based on individual strengths and branch needs.

Drive Sales Performance: Monitor and enhance field sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Manage Inventory: Efficiently oversee inventory levels of the branch, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing losses.

Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting to maintain transparency and compliance.

Achieve Sales Targets: Set and pursue ambitious sales goals to drive revenue growth for the branch.

Revenue Generation: Focus on maximizing overall branch revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably in sales or branch management within the CCTV or security systems industry.
