Experienced at gold loan company previously (Manappurram/ Muthoot)

Responsibilities and skills

Process to the customer and answer any questions or concerns

Having knowledge of Gold Testing.

Require knowledge of Gold Valuation and checking.

KYC checking of customers.

Resolving all customer doubts and questions while approving loans.

Maintain a good relationship with customers for reference.

Coordinate with staff and higher team for any situation.

Handling of branches and need to travel branches incase required. (with in pune)

From NBFC (Gold loan company) preferred.

Banks, with gold loan experience, may also be considered.

Necessary

Self-owned bike.

Well knowledge about gold loans and gold testing.

Can operate a computer/ . literate.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Gold Loan
