Key Responsibilities - Market Research, Site Selection, Feasibility Studies ,Coordinate with Teams

Analyze demographic, economic, and competitive factors to assess market viability. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine branch requirements and preferences.

Conduct a thorough market analysis to find suitable locations for new branches. Evaluate and suggest specific sites based on set criteria.

Analyze industry reports and market data for opportunities and risks. Provide regular updates on branch search progress.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in market research, site selection, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with the real estate and leasing process.
