Job Description – Channel Sales Manager
Job Purpose: To plan and carry out sales activities across direct sales agent; to manage diverse teams of
direct sales agents; to meet sales targets, in accordance with agreed business plans; to ensure that the
MHRIL culture is replicated across all channels.
Job Responsibility:
1. Achieving monthly sales/ revenue and data generation targets.
2. Developing new channel partners and managing team of existing direct sales agent for improved
performance.
3. Ensuring partner compliance of MHRIL policies.
4. Generating regular productivity reports and maintaining MIS.
5. Preparing budgets and achieving budgeted financial targets.
6. Exploring new opportunities while continuing to develop the existing ones.
7. Recruiting and selecting direct sales agent manpower; training and leading channel sales force
and sales representatives.
8. Providing market information (competition, potential and market data).
9. Defines the revenue / sales targets for the set of partners being handled.
10. Quarter on quarter productivity review and growth.
11. Focus on horizontal and vertical growth (recruiting new DSAs, opening new marketing &
developing existing).
Skill Required:
• Experience of handling team of executives / direct sales agent / distributors / agents.
• Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
• Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
• Good leadership in cross functional team management.
• Planning, budgeting & churn management.
Salary: 12 LPA + Unlimited Incentives
