Job Description for Regional Channel Sales Manager Profile & Area Channel Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieving monthly sales/ revenue targets
• Ensure productivity and ROI of every Channel Partner (CP) in the zone.
• Channel Planning/Market expansion/Activation through right selection of
channel partners
• Review and track performance of every CP onboarding/ training/
certification and productivity and ensure ROI of all partners as per norms
• Ensure CP infrastructure wrt space/manpower/investment in business
• Ensuring 100% Channel Partner Activation in the region
• Ensuring partner compliances with sales polices of MHRIL
• Follow PJP and frequency of CP visits as per categorization
• Training/OJT/handholding of CSM’s and ensure their productivity
• Exploring new opportunities and market for full penetration in the given region
• Providing market information (competition, potential and market data) to CSM
and CP
• Follow timelines for logins/PLC/VC with zero fatals/rescission/DPRO and ensure
defined business quality
