Job Description:

Spancore Technology is hiring for BPO voice process role. We are looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills to join our customer support team. As a part of our BPO division, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing solutions via phone.

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound/outbound customer calls

Resolving customer queries and providing information

Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication

Maintaining call records and updating the system accordingly

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills in [English/Tamil/Other languages]

Previous experience in a BPO voice process is a plus

Ability to work in shifts

Basic computer skills
