Responsibilities: Outbound/Inbound Sales II Telesales

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

Answer questions about products or the company

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

• Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally, provide demos and explain products and services to customers

• Identify customer's needs and wants and convince them to buy the product/service

• Process customer purchases and accurately record details of customer's purchase orders
