BPO Executive,International Voice Process

We are hiring freshers & Experienced candidates for Voice process for Customer care Executives and sales profile for Delhi Location (Karol Bagh)

Eligibility Criteria - Any Graduate, undergraduates, 12th, Any Diploma are eligible

Immediate Joiner Preferred.

AGE LIMIT – above 18 yrs. min

CTC UPTO 8k to 15k/- PLUS ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES (Depends upon your communication skill and interview performance)

Preference given to experienced candidates from BPO industry, nearby candidates.

Must have their own vehicle / conveyance.

• Preferably have good work experience in a customer service role in an international process (UK or Australia preferably)

• Possess the ability to resolve client queries and issues to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes

• Outbound Telesales & Upselling

• Be well organized with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• An interest in and a desire to learn about achieving targets

• Prior sales experience and knowledge a major advantage

• Willingness to work in rotational DAY shifts (Australian Shift)

Must have Excellent Command Over English and should be comfortable for Australian shifts.

5 Days working & Rotational Shifts/Day Shift (SAT – SUN FIXED OFF)
