Position: Call Center Executive

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based (Night Shift)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

Engage in telemarketing, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer verification.

Handle international inbound and outbound calls (B2B & B2C).

Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in an international BPO/call center.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Age: Below 40 years.

Strong background in customer service or telemarketing.

Must be willing to work night shifts from our Surat office.

Perks & Benefits:

Salary: 20,000 to 40,000 INR/month (based on experience).
