Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess the prospects needs quickly and adapt the conversation to offer the best solution for their financial situation.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups
Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gauge a prospects emotional state, respond to their feelings appropriately, and maintain a supportive and respectful tone throughout the conversation.
Active Listening Skills: Active listening to fully understand the prospect's needs and concerns, ensuring that the solution offered is tailored to their specific situation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to UK-based individuals to generate leads for debt relief services.
Cold Calling: Initiate conversations with potential clients who may be struggling with debt, explaining available services, and assessing their needs.
Engagement: Build rapport and trust by speaking empathetically about their financial situation, focusing on how the service can help.
Achieving Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Compliance: Ensure that all conversations comply with relevant UK regulations around debt advice and telemarketing practices (., GDPR, Financial Conduct Authority regulations).
