Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided data or sourced leads.
Identify and qualify potential clients for insurance products.
Maintain a consistent and professional approach while pitching insurance plans.
Customer Engagement:
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
Provide detailed information about different insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance.
Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up:
Regularly follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
Send reminders and updates about policy renewals, premiums, or other key details.
Documentation and Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Ensure timely collection of required documents and complete the application process.
Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
