Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting products and services, generating leads, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound and Inbound Calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about new products/services, follow-up on leads, resolve inquiries, and address any concerns.
Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring all prospects are approached effectively and converted into customers.
Customer Support: Provide support for existing customers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Sales and Upselling: Promote products/services to customers based on their needs, aiming to close sales and meet performance targets.
Reporting: Report on call outcomes, customer feedback, and potential improvements in the sales and support processes.
Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and retention.
