Any graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in handling Sales team from a Insurance BPO Domain

· The candidate must have handled minimum 15 to 20 seats

· The candidate should posses Excellent communication in both Hindi and English

· The candidate should be independent in driving the sales and manage client relationship and should be a good people leader

· The candidate should have thorough understanding of Call centre metrics, concepts, dialers, CRM etc

· The candidate should be good in building strategies, analytics and defining process

· The candidate should be well versed MS office and should have excellent presentation skills

· The candidate should be willing to take up challenges

· The candidate should be able to build a team from scratch.

· The candidate should have a good understanding of Quality & Training

· The candidate should be good in Team Building
