Job Summary:
As a team leader in our BPO, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
Manage team rosters, scheduling, and administration tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Proactively identify and address customer service issues and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
At least min 06 years of experience in a similar role within a BPO environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
