Roles & Responsibilities:
Support through Chat.
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
Attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate
Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
Ability to build rapport with the customer.
Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business.
Key Skills:
Preferred candidates with understanding on eCommerce websites.
Knowledge of mobile / computing products.
Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
Ability to organize and follow up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm).
Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.
Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate & above (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies).
0 to 5 years of experience in the call center industry, preferably in Chat/Email Operations
Minimum understanding of Customer Service.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts.
Willing to work from office
